DESCRIPTION:
Ansonia Clock Co., New York, "Faust" figure shelf clock with a spring driven, 8 day, time and half hour strike movement with visible escapement in an enameled iron base with one Japanese bronze spelter statue.
CONDITION:
The enameled iron base has paint loss. The base is missing the cast center piece. The statue is missing a part of one finger. The statue and the clock case still retain some of the original Japanese bronze finish. The porcelain dial has loss from 12 to 1. The hands are original. The movement is signed.
